Refund Policy
Patriot will honor the return of products within ninety (90) days of purchase, if the products have not been used, installed or modified. Products that have been used, installed, or modified will not be accepted for return. In addition, all Knox products must be returned in the original shipping box and packaging materials or there will be a repackaging fee on top of the restock charge. Before shipping products or equipment for return, you must notify Patriot by email at Knox@PatriotFire.com with “Return Order#(order number to be returned)” in the subject line and reason for return in the body. There will be a restocking charge for all products that are returned. Restocking charges are as follows: Charge is 22% for each unit price of the products returned. There is a $50 repackaging fee if returned without the original packaging. Your refund, if any, will be credited to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange any item purchased from our website within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. To exchange an item, please contact us at knox@patriotfire.com or call us at 253.284.3543 We will ship the exchanged item to you free of charge. Please note that we cannot exchange the cost of return shipping.
